POPI and GDPR
LOR Technologies (Pty) Ltd do not scrape or gather any information and therefore do not store any personal information. The only personal information required by LOR Technologies (Pty) Ltd is an email address when the user requests an transcript of the conversation held with an Agent.

Any personal information shared during a chat with an agent is done so willingly and by the owner of that information.

The information shared with an Agent is also to be protected under the terms and conditions of the Agents company as a legal business entity within the borders of the country that that business entity resides in.
